Introduction:
"Why is it called & quot; jade girl's ribs & quot;? Ha ha, there was a little episode. I tried and enjoyed this dish many times. It was one of my few specialty dishes. Production steps:
Step 1: wash the spareribs, soak them in water for a while, then soak the blood out
Step 2: mix the seasoning according to the amount, 1 tbsp brown sugar and rice wine, 3 tbsp raw soy sauce and 3 tbsp mature vinegar; remove the ribs, drain the water, and put in ginger slices
Step 3: mix the seasoning into the spareribs, mix well, then pour into the small sand pot to marinate and taste for about three hours
Step 4: after pickling, there is a lot of juice. Bring to a boil for two minutes, then turn to a low heat and simmer slowly
Step 5: touch for about ten minutes, open the lid and turn it over. After another ten minutes, observe the remaining water inside. When the water is not much, the color is beautiful. Stir again to make each ribs colored. Then turn off the fire
