Fried Ciba
Introduction:
"I've loved soft waxy food since I was a child. Especially after frying, the skin is crispy and the taste of soft waxy inside is irresistible! Today, this "fragrant fried Ciba" is one of my favorite desserts. The fried Ciba with black sesame sugar powder is sweet and delicious with endless aftertaste
Production steps:
Step 1: clean 420g glutinous rice and put it into the bread barrel, then inject 275g water (glutinous rice does not need to be soaked)
Step 2: after the toaster is powered on, select menu 19 to make sweet potato and press the start button. The whole process takes 50 minutes (the time for making Ciba should be shortened)
Step 3: after the glutinous rice is cooked, when entering the mixing process, it only needs to stir for a few minutes to turn off the power (the glutinous rice is stirred until it is semi granular)
Step 4: take out the bread barrel and cover it with half dry cotton cloth (to prevent the surface of Ciba from drying)
Step 5: spread plastic film on the cutting board
Step 6: put on disposable gloves, dip in some water (anti sticking), take out the Ciba, and put it on the plastic film for shaping
Step 7: make the glutinous rice cake into a long strip, wrap it with plastic wrap and refrigerate it for about one day (it's hard to pinch it by hand)
The eighth step: before the frying, adjust the sesame powder: a spoonful of black sesame powder and a spoonful of half sugar, stirring evenly.
Step 9: cut the dried glutinous rice cake into pieces
Step 10: heat the oil for 7 layers, then add it into the Ciba and fry it in the middle of the fire until it is golden on both sides, hard on the outside and soft on the inside
Step 11: Sprinkle black sesame powder when eating, it tastes good!
