Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: after removing the outer layer of pomelo peel, cut it into pieces and put it into a boiling water pot to cook.
Step 2: after the big fire boils, you can turn to the small fire to boil slowly. It takes a long time. Be patient!
Step 3: add appropriate amount of white granulated sugar in the middle; boil for 20 minutes.
Step 4: after the final boil, boil all the water and cool it to about 40 ℃ for bottling.
Step 5: when bottling, pay attention to a layer of grapefruit skin and a layer of honey. After bottling, put the bottle upside down for a few minutes and store it in the refrigerator.
Step 6: This is in the fridge for two days before starting to drink, remember to filter out the residue, otherwise the taste will be very bad!
