Production steps:
Step 1: one white radish and one red pepper.
Step 2: peel radish, wash and cut into slices, cut red pepper into rings.
Step 3: put proper amount of salt into radish slices, rub them with hands to make them spicy, then rinse them with water and drain them.
Step 4: add three spoonfuls of sugar.
Step 5: add another 2 teaspoons of rice vinegar.
Step 6: mix the radish slices well, transfer to the fresh box, sprinkle with pepper ring, and refrigerate for more than three hours.

Note: after refrigerated, radish acid tastes better and has no smell of raw radish
