Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the ingredients.
Step 2: soften the red pepper in hot water.
Step 3: tear the gluten into silk by hand.
Step 4: cut red pepper into segments.
Step 5: shred green pepper.
Step 6: mix Laoganma chili sauce, fresh shellfish juice, oyster sauce and minced garlic to make sauce.
Step 7: heat the oil in the pan.
Step 8: add the gluten and stir fry for 5 minutes.
Step 9: pour in red pepper and Chinese prickly ash.
Step 10: pour in the mixture and stir well.
Step 11: add shredded green pepper, stir fry evenly, add a small amount of salt to taste.
Step 12: stir fry evenly and put on a plate.
Materials required:
Gluten: 300g
Green pepper: 1
Laoganma chili sauce: 2 teaspoons
Oyster sauce: 1 tbsp
Fresh shellfish juice: 1 tbsp
Minced garlic: 15g
Dry red pepper: 10g
Zanthoxylum bungeanum: right amount
Salt: right amount
Note: oyster sauce, fresh shellfish juice and old Ganma are salty. When cooking, put little or no salt.
