Matcha butter cake
Introduction:
"Butter cake, it's best to make. It's mellow and easy to learn. Just remember a ratio, low powder: butter: sugar: eggs = 1:1:1:1. Ha ha, easy! The taste is not simple at all. This is the earliest prototype of cake. Note: 1. If you don't like sugar or can't eat more sugar, add 20g is enough, white sugar is indispensable in baking, if you want to put less sugar, remember a rule, as long as you put an egg, you should add at least 10g sugar, so as to ensure the cake inspiration. 2. If there is no low flour, mix 20% corn starch + 80% common flour
Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the materials, soften the butter at room temperature, warm the eggs at room temperature, mix and sift the Matcha powder, baking powder and low powder.
Step 2: pour the sugar into the butter and stir it. First, melt the sugar at low speed, and then stir it at high speed to make the butter white and bulky.
Step 3: add butter to the egg at least 4 times and stir until well distributed.
Step 4: stir the butter and egg mixture as shown in the picture.
Step 5: sift the mixed powder into the butter again and mix well.
Step 6: load the cake mold and smooth it.
Step 7: put in the light wave oven, select the light wave: Microwave 1:1 for 15 minutes, and then select a single light wave for 10 minutes when the time is up. Don't open the door in the middle. When using the light wave oven, put it directly on the glass turntable, not on the grill.
If you use the oven, heat it at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
Step 8: I use a 6-inch round mold, which is more than 5cm high. When you smell the strong fragrance, it's ripe.
Step 9: just do some decoration.
Step 10: there's no cream at home, so you have to spread some chocolate sauce and add some embellishment.

Note: the light wave oven has its own working principle, so the cake with a long time, such as this one, has a large area and is directly placed on the glass turntable. The principle of light wave and microwave is different. It can be barbecued up and down, so it does not need to be placed on the barbecue rack to prevent it from being too close to the heating tube and easy to burn. When the cake is baked, it will send out a strong smell, so if you don't know when it will mature, it's most convenient to smell it. At that time, I didn't need toothpicks or chopsticks, and I knew it was ripe, and it was very easy to demould.
