Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 13: knead well with the hand bag
Step 14: put the rest of the marshmallow paste into the flower mounting bag
Step 15: squeeze the marshmallow paste into the deep indentation of the egg, and then use the pink marshmallow paste to extrude the pattern on the surface
Step 16: after all the marshmallows are ready, sprinkle cooked corn starch on the surface and cover it for one hour

Note: 1. When boiling syrup, it's best to choose a non stick pot. 2. Corn flour can also be fried or cooked in microwave oven. 3. Cotton syrup should be extruded as soon as possible after being put into the bag. If it takes too long, it will become dry and difficult to shape. 4. If there is no thermometer, observe the bubble state. The bubble appears large and lasts for one minute. It's better to use an electric pottery stove or other stove without open flame, otherwise it's easy to paste on the side. 5. If the temperature drops to about 80 degrees, then add gilding tablets. If the temperature is too high, it will affect the solidification
