Making method of steamed vegetable powder
Introduction:
Production steps:
Step 1: 200 grams of rice and 30 grams of glutinous rice. The white steamed vegetable flour on the market is pure milled with rice, while Tuoma likes to bring a bit of glutinous taste, so a small amount of glutinous rice is added to make the steamed vegetable flour taste more soft and sticky.
Step 2: pour the two kinds of rice into the basin and wash it. The commercially available steamed vegetable powder is ground directly. The rice has not been washed, so it is not as sanitary as the one made at home.
Step 3: drain the water, spread the rice evenly, and then dry it in the sun for about an afternoon. When drying, remember to turn the rice every other hour to ensure that every side of the rice is dried.
Step 4: when drying rice, soak two dried peppers, three star anise, two pieces of cinnamon, one small amount of fennel, one small amount of Zanthoxylum, two caokuo and four bean curd in clean water.
Step 5: filter the water, and then take it to the sun to dry, and remember to turn it over at the same time.
Step 6: put the dried rice and spices into the blender (coffee grinder is also OK) and beat them into powder.
Step 7: pour the white steamed vegetable powder into a container with a lid and put it in the cabinet or refrigerator for easy storage.
Step 8: sift the ground spice through a sieve, throw away the coarse particles, leaving only the fine powder.
Step 9: finally, add appropriate amount of white steamed vegetable powder (the ratio of spice to white steamed vegetable powder is about 1:2) into the spice bowl, cover it and shake it well. Then, the spiced red steamed vegetable powder is ready, and it can be stored in a container with a cover.
Materials required:
Rice: 200g
Glutinous rice: 30g
Notice: 1. Generally, the grain of white steamed vegetable powder is relatively fine, and the grain of red steamed vegetable powder is relatively coarse. However, the grain of rice powder produced by blender can't guarantee complete uniformity, and there are always some coarse ones with fine ones, so Tuoma always sifts out the fine ones to make white steamed vegetable powder, and the coarse ones with spices to make red steamed vegetable powder, which makes the best use of the materials! 2. There are salt, monosodium glutamate, pepper and other ingredients in the red steamed vegetable powder sold in the market. However, even if the ingredients are added, the taste of steamed vegetables is not enough, and salt should be added for seasoning. However, the proportion of salt added again is not very good. So in order to better control the amount of ingredients when steaming, Tuoma didn't add salt and other seasonings.
