Production steps:
Step 1: 200g common flour, 60g vegetable oil, 20g sugar, 75g milk, 380g bean paste filling, a little red pigment and boiled water.
Step 2: mix flour and sugar.

Step 4: pour in the milk.
Step 5: knead into dough.
Step 6: relax for 30 minutes.
Step 7: take advantage of relaxation, divide the bean paste stuffing into 10 small balls of 38g each, and mix the pigment with water for standby.
Step 8: divide the loose dough into 10 equal portions, about 38g each.
Step 9: take a long roll.
Step 10: roll up.
Step 11: turn 90 degrees, and then roll out.
Step 12: roll it into a small roll, cover it with plastic film and relax for 15 minutes.
Step 13: take a piece, roll it into a round piece with a rolling pin, and wrap it with bean paste.
Step 14: close the mouth, squeeze it tightly with the tiger mouth, make a round cake, put it into the baking pan and press it flat slightly.
