Production steps:
Step 1: fresh pork tripe, cut off the white fat on the pork tripe.
Step 2: turn over the pork tripe (the pork tripe is cut with a small mouth), wash the dirty things out with water, rub the raw salt, rub off the sticky things on the surface of the inner layer of the pork tripe, wash it clean, and then rub it with raw salt once.
Step 3: after rubbing the raw salt, knead the flour and rinse it after rubbing for a few minutes, so as to remove the peculiar smell.
Step 4: put pepper, red dates, ginger and wine into the cleaned pig's stomach (red dates and ginger are forgotten to be photographed).
Step 5: put the processed pork tripe into a earthen pot, add water and bring to a boil, then turn it to a low heat for about an hour and a half (control the time according to my own taste, I have a little child in my family, so it's rotten), then take it out and let it cool.
