Step 1: prepare materials.

Step 8: pour the cooked fish fillets into the pan covered with blanched vegetables, sprinkle with scallions and parsley.
Step 9: heat 3-4 tbsp oil, add a little prickly ash, heat to 80% heat, then pour on the fish.
