Step 1: Chop shallots, peel carrots and cut them into small pieces. Beat the eggs. Put some salt, thirteen spices and warm water in a small bowl.
Step 2: add egg liquid, chopped chive and carrot into the flour, add proper amount of seasoning water, and stir until there are no particles in the batter. Be sure to stir in one direction, so as to avoid pimples. (I like more dishes, but I don't like more flour, so I prefer more food.)
Step 3: heat the pan, add a small amount of oil, heat and pour in the batter (use a small spoon, about one and a half, spread into a circle). Fry until one side is golden, then the other side is golden

Note: A. suggest not too much flour, I personally feel that the pancake is not soft enough. Pancakes are soft and delicious, hee hee. B. chives can be more fragrant. C. If I eat pancakes in my family, I will make a chili sauce (chopped with garlic, millet and pepper, and add some salt). It's better to mix it with millet porridge
