Step 1: preparation: < br > A. remove the shrimp thread, peel and shell, and leave the tail.
B. Use a fruit knife to make a small mouth at the head end of the shrimp, and drag the tail of the shrimp through the mouth to form a shrimp ball, as shown in Figure 1.
