Production steps:
Step 1: raw material drawing.
Step 2: turn the yeast in warm water and let it stand for a while.

Note: 1. The hairpin should be deeper, and it will be much smoother after steaming. 2. Because I made it in winter, I also put it on warm water when I made the second hairpin. If it was made in summer, I would put it outside for 15-20 minutes. 3. When steaming, lift the lid immediately, otherwise it will retract. Keep it stuffy for 3-5 minutes. When lifting the lid, be careful of water vapor dripping on the surface of the clip. 4. I used shredded meat, shredded eggs and lettuce. Like to eat sweet, you can also put a layer of jam.
