Step 1: chop the pork into minced meat, and cut the leeks into small pieces. Put the chopped pork and leeks on the plate, add salt, soy sauce, pepper, ginger, a little peanut oil (a few drops of sesame oil), mix well and set aside
Step 2: put water in the pot and bring it to a boil. Put the dumplings in the pot and add some cold water after the water is boiled. Repeat this three times to pick up the floating dumplings.

Ginger powder: 1 tsp
Note: the ready-made dumpling skin is usually dry. It's better to stick some water on the edge and knead it. This can prevent the filling from leaking when cooking.
