Braised pig's feet in private house

Production steps:
Step 1: Boil half of ginger and scallion in boiling water, blanch pig feet for one minute, add cooking wine when the water is boiling, continue to cook for one minute, remove cold water and rinse
Step 2: set the oil on the pan, cool the oil, put the rock sugar, melt over low heat, when all melt and bubble, add the pig feet and stir fry for two minutes

Step 4: add salt, five spice powder, chicken essence, stew for 20 minutes. Take the juice out of the pot
