Sausages and peanut sprouts
Introduction:
"There are a lot of peanuts at home, I peel them. Electric pancake pan baked some peanuts, this thought another way to eat. After soaking the peanuts for one day, pour out the water and cover them with a wet cloth; sprinkle the water three times a day, and the buds will grow after three days; then you can fry them and eat them. (there's a handful of red beans at home, and they're all soaked together.)
Production steps:
Step 1: This is my own red bean and peanut sprouts.
Step 2: get the ingredients ready.
Step 3: stir fry ingredients with cold oil and low heat. (except sprouts)
Step 4: saute the sausage until transparent, then pour in the sprouts.
Step 5: stir fry with medium heat.
Step 6: add proper amount of boiling water and simmer.
Step 7: when the water is boiling dry, put salt to taste.
Step 8: it tastes good.
Materials required:
Peanuts: 200g
Sausage: 50g
Douchi: 1 teaspoon
Dry pepper: right amount
Garlic seed: right amount
Oil: right amount
Salt: right amount
Note: this dish can be any beans that can't be eaten at home.
