Homemade yogurt
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the ingredients, a box of fresh milk and a cup of yogurt (I used the leftover from the last yogurt);
Step 2: prepare a sealed container, fill it with boiling water, soak it for 2 minutes, and soak it with a spoon (sterilization);
Step 3: after 2 minutes, pour the water in the compact box into a large enough container to keep the yoghurt warm and ferment, and add a small amount of cold water (I used the purple sand pot, even the electric rice cooker);
Step 4: pour yogurt into sterilized container;
Step 5: add the milk and stir with the sterilized spoon;
Step 6: seal the stirred milk and yogurt well, put them into the pot, add cold water to 2-3cm below the edge of the sealing mouth;
Step 7: after 2 hours, if the water in the pot is cooled, scoop out one third of the cold water, and then add the same amount of hot water;
Step 8: the room temperature is about 26-28 degrees. After 6 hours, the fragrant yogurt is made. Put it in the refrigerator and add sugar or favorite fruit when eating~~~
