Production steps:
Step 1: This is the frozen pen tube fish. Generally, when it comes to the market in large quantities, buy more and put it in the refrigerator for freezing;
Step 2: after thawing, cut open the bag of the pen tube fish, take out the intestines and ink bags, squeeze out the eyes and clean them, otherwise it will be a pot of black soup;
Step 3: cut the old tofu into pieces, put a spoonful of salt in the water, and bring to a boil;
Step 4: wait until the water begins to bubble, turn off the fire, take out the tofu and soak it in cold water;
Step 5: slice garlic and ginger;
Step 6: put water into the frying pan, add garlic and ginger slices, and fire to boil water;
Step 7: don't bring it to a boil. When you start to bubble like in the picture above, put in the pen tube fish blanching water. Don't put too many pen tube fish at a time;
Step 8: keep turning with chopsticks;

Step 10: remove garlic and ginger slices and discard them;

Step 12: cabbage do not use cabbage core, generally with the help of Chinese cabbage, cut square;
Step 13: blanch the water of the fish, bring it to a boil again, and then add the cabbage;
Step 14: stew until the cabbage is soft, add tofu to stew;
Step 15: stew for about 15 minutes, then add the fish after blanching;
Step 16: stir a little, season with salt and serve immediately;
