Homemade onion oil
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: remove the rotten leaves of shallot, clean them, cut them into inch sections, and prepare 1 star anise.
Step 2: corn oil, shallot and star anise are fried together in the pot. When bubbles appear at the edge of the pot, change to low heat and slow fry.
Step 3: when the shallots are deep fried to brown, remove them and press with a small spoon to drain the oil (don't waste it).
Step 4: This is fried scallion oil, noodles, cold dishes, baked scallion oil cake and so on.

Corn oil: 250g
Shallot: 3
Star anise: 1
Note: when frying scallion oil, use low heat. Don't fry the scallion. It will affect the taste.
