Production steps:
Step 1: first cut the white radish and peel it. Because there is a gap between the skin and meat of white radish, it is easy to peel off after cutting. I threw the peeled radish skin directly into the pickle jar. Then cut it into 4 equal parts like this in the picture.
Step 2: take one of them and cut off the small angle of 90 ° as shown in the figure. So the cross section of radish is fan-shaped!
