Production steps:
Step 1: wash the beef fillet, cut it into thin slices against the grain, add water and egg white, stir until the beef absorbs the water, add oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, cooking wine, flour and oil, mix well and marinate for 20 minutes.
Step 2: cut the pepper into strips and cut the tangqin into sections.
