Production steps:
Step 1: homemade sour bamboo shoots, cut into filaments, stir fry in the pot (without oil), add appropriate amount of salt and continue to fry for one minute.
Step 2: wash the fresh beef and cut it into thin strips. Marinate it with cooking wine, soy sauce, oyster sauce, white pepper and sesame oil.
Step 3: wash green pepper and red pepper and cut into small circles.
Step 4: heat the oil in the pan, turn down the heat, pour in the beef (starch adjusted with appropriate amount of water), set the shape, quickly spread it with a spatula, turn off the heat, simmer the beef strips with the remaining temperature, then take out the beef and leave the bottom oil.
