Production steps:
Step 1: mix all the ingredients
Step 2: stir into a slightly smooth dough
Step 3: cover with plastic film and ferment for about 90 minutes
Step 4: mix the fermented medium dough with the main dough. After the stirring knife is smooth, add the salt free butter. Stir into a dough that can pull out a large film.
Step 5: cover the dough with plastic film and ferment for 60 minutes.
Step 6: check the dough fermentation method: dip your fingers in the flour, gently press a hole in the dough, if the small hole does not rebound, it means that the fermentation is good.
Step 7: exhaust the fermented dough, divide it into 3 equal parts, roll it round and relax the plastic film on the back cover for about 15 minutes.
Step 8: roll the dough into a long oval shape, turn it over and roll it into a cylinder, put it into the toast mould, cover it well, then put it into the oven for low-temperature fermentation (40 ℃), and finally ferment for about 60 minutes.
Step 9: send the dough to 90% of the mold, put it into the preheated oven, heat up and down, bake at 200 ℃ for about 30 minutes. Demoulding can be carried out after discharging.

Note: each oven is different, there will be errors in the baking time. There is a way to check whether the toast is baked in place: after baking, if the top cover sticks to the dough and cannot be opened, it means that the surface has not been colored and needs to continue baking, otherwise, it means that it can be baked out.
