A sweet bread for diabetics xylitol whole wheat bread
Introduction:
"Because there are patients with hyperglycemia at home, the bread added with white granulated sugar is not delicious. That's why I thought of using xylitol instead of sugar to try to make whole wheat toast. I didn't know whether I could achieve the desired effect before I made it. I was very excited when I opened the mold box, because it was a success
Production steps:
Step 1: prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2: put ingredients other than butter into the toaster, and make noodles according to the sweet bread procedure for 35 minutes.
Step 3: add butter and continue kneading for 30 minutes.
Step 4: knead the dough to the complete stage. Take a small piece of dough and open it by hand. The formed film is not easy to break. The whole wheat dough is not easy to reach the shape of glove film.
Step 5: take out the kneaded dough, knead it into a smooth round dough and put it into a bowl. (the reflection of my mirror stainless steel bowl forms a dazzling aperture, which is a bit magical, ha ha ~)
Step 6: put the dough into the oven, cover it with wet cloth, and ferment in the oven for about 30-40 minutes.
Step 7: when the dough is fermented to 2.5 times of the original size, dip your fingers with dry powder and press a hole on the dough. The hole does not rebound and the first fermentation is finished.
Step 8: take out the dough, exhaust and divide it into three equal parts.
Step 9: wake up at room temperature for 15 minutes, and the dough is slightly mellow.
Step 10: roll the dough into an ellipse, then roll it into a cylinder (a photo is missing here).
Step 11: place the three rolled cylindrical dough in the toast mold.
Step 12: cover with a wet cloth and put it into the oven for the second fermentation.
Step 13: when the dough is fermented to 90% of the capacity of the toast mold, the second fermentation is completed.
Step 14: preheat the oven 180 degrees.
Step 15: cover the mold, put it into the lower layer of the preheated oven, and bake it at 180 degrees for 45 minutes.
Step 16: with a loud "Ding", fresh whole wheat bread comes out of the oven
Step 17: after demoulding, put it on the air rack to cool. (so beautiful, hee hee)
Step 18: cool and slice. It's slightly sweet, soft and tough. If you like sweetness, you can add more xylitol.
Step 19: finally, give you a perfect smile and announce the success of the experiment.
