Changshuihe farm is a state farm of Heilongjiang General Bureau of agricultural reclamation, which is subordinate to Bei'an Farm Management Bureau. It is located at the West foot of Xiaoxing'an Mountains, northeast of Bei'an city.

It is located at the southwest foot of Xiaoxing'an Mountains and 60 km northeast of Beian city. It is 126 degrees east longitude and 48 degrees north latitude. After more than 50 years of development and construction, changshuihe farm has developed into a modern large state-owned enterprise with comprehensive management of agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and sideline fishery. The farm has 6 management areas (17 residential groups) and 21 industrial and commercial construction and service units. The level of agricultural mechanization ranks the leading level in China, with 1178 sets of agricultural machinery and agricultural machinery.
