Bayinkuluti Township, a township under the jurisdiction of Wuqia County, Kizilsu Kirgiz Autonomous Prefecture, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, is located in the north east of Wuqia County, bordering tielieke Township in the East, upper Atushi town of Atushi city in the south, heiziwei Township in the West and Tuoyun Township in the north, with an administrative area of 1317 square kilometers.
By the end of 2018, Ba Nkuru had 2588 registered residence in the countryside. As of October 2019, bayinkuluti township has jurisdiction over two administrative villages.
In 2011, the gross domestic product of bayinkuluti township was 7.112 million yuan, an increase of 17.5% over the previous year. The per capita net income of farmers and herdsmen was 2456 yuan, an increase of 28.3% over the previous year. In 2018, bayinkuluti township has two comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
History of construction
Before the founding of new China, it belonged to Tuoyun Township, Shufu county.
In 1938, it was assigned to Wuqia county.
In 1950, it belonged to four districts and three townships.
In 1958, Tuoyun commune was established.
In 1962, Bayin kuluti commune was established.
In 1968, it was renamed red flag commune.
In 1981, the original name of bayinkuluti commune was restored.
In April 1984, the commune was withdrawn and the township was built.
