Xinleitou Town, subordinate to Xinji City, Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province, is located in the north of Xinji City, bordering the old town in the East, Xinji Town in the southeast, South and southwest, Jinzhou City in the West and northwest, Weibo town in the north and Zhangguzhuang town in the northeast, with an administrative area of 40.01 square kilometers.

At the beginning of the Anti Japanese War, xinleitou town belonged to Shulu County; in 1984, it was changed into xinleitou township; in 1996, fanjiazhuang township was merged into xinleitou town. History of construction
