Legend of town name

It is said that long ago, runanbu was not near the river, but a flat and broad land. As a result, there are no rivers and few gullies in the land. According to legend, the Dragon King of the East China Sea had a second prince named Runan king. Because he was tired of living in the water palace, he secretly came to the world to watch the Jinxiu mountains and rivers. One day, he came here as a noble young man wearing a purple gold crown and a Yellow Dragon Robe. He was amazed at the desolate scene. Worried about it, I heard the cry of the child coming from the hut. He knocked on the door and said, "excuse me, sister-in-law, why is the child crying?"

"Bitter!" The sister-in-law cried, "he is not my child. He is an orphan who escaped from the flood. Alas After hearing this, the king of Runan could not help but feel sad. He was about to comfort his sister-in-law. Suddenly, there was a strong wind, lightning and thunder. His sister-in-law cried bitterly, "Oh, no, the flood is coming again!" He fell to the ground immediately. At this time, thunderstorms, rain pour like note. The king of Runan looked into the distance, the earth was vast, and the flood came from the west to the East. Seeing this, the king of Runan hurriedly applied magic, rescued the people, and went back to the East China Sea.

The king of Runan told his father that the flood had happened to the common people, which made the Dragon King angry: "bold slave, if you don't play in the palace, which tells you to meddle in the world?" King Runan did everything for the people to complain and advised his father to open a river to save the people. The Dragon King angrily denounced: "if you dare to violate the rule of heaven, you will take off 800 scales and never come back to life!" All Shui people also knelt down to advise King Runan: "prince, you can't do anything!" After that, he gave his father a deep gift and left the water palace.
