Luotun Town, belonging to Yutai County, Jining City, Shandong Province, is located in the northwest of Yutai County. It is bounded by Yuqing River and Qinghe town in the East, Xiaoguo River and Lige town in the south, Donggou River and Gaohe town in Jinxiang County across the river in the west, and laowanfu River and Qinghe town in the north, with an administrative area of 52.88 square kilometers.

History of construction
In the late Qing Dynasty, luotun town was changed from Xiaofang to luotun district.

In 1958, it belonged to Xiangli commune of Jinxiang County.
