Tieli farm
Tieli farm was established in 1955. After nearly 50 years of development and construction, it has achieved an annual industrial and agricultural output value of 200 million yuan and a net profit of more than 5 million yuan. It is a state-owned farm under the system of Heilongjiang General Bureau of agricultural reclamation.
Tieli farm has 4000 employees, belonging to the agricultural reclamation system, with 9351 residents (in 2010), 15 production companies, 16 enterprises and institutions, and fixed assets of 80 million yuan. Located in the hinterland of Heilongjiang Province, it is located at the south foot of Xiaoxing'an Mountains. It is 55 kilometers long from north to South and 27 kilometers wide from east to west, depending on the wild forest and Yichun in the East and Songnen Plain in the West. Its geographical location is 46 ° 51 '- 47 ° 25' n and 127 ° 31 '- 128 ° 51' e. the farm is located in Tieli City, 3 km away from Tieli railway station (Harbin Suihua Jiamusi). Harbin Yichun highway (Harbin Yichun) 222 national road passes through the farm area, which is a rare "City farm" in the reclamation area. There are Hulan River, yijimi River, ogen River and other 7 rivers flowing through the area. The total area of the farm is 360000 mu, including 200000 mu of arable land, 50000 mu of arable wasteland, 20000 mu of woodland, 10000 mu of grassland suitable for grazing, 2000 mu of wetland, 1000 mu of water surface for breeding, and more than 70000 mu of others. The black soil layer on the surface is 30 cm thick, with high content of organic matter and fertile soil. It is known as the "hometown of soybean". In recent years, with the rapid development of the structural adjustment of planting industry focusing on the development of rice, there is a great potential to build a "land of fish and rice" in the north. In 2003, it passed the acceptance of national ecological demonstration site.
Development advantages
resources
Tieli farm is famous for its outstanding people and natural resources. It has a continental monsoon climate in the cold temperate zone, with an average annual sunshine of 2200 hours, an annual effective accumulated temperature of 2300-2400 ℃ and a rainfall of 500-600mm. It is rich in aboveground water resources, groundwater resources, wild Chinese herbal medicine and animal resources. Rice, soybean, corn, wheat, Pingbei, asarum, chuandilong, Schisandra chinensis, silymarin, etc. are the main planting industries. The total output of grain and beans is 100000 tons, and that of Chinese herbal medicine is more than 1000 tons (300 tons of Pingbei, 300 tons of Codonopsis lanceolata, 400 tons of Silymarin), which drives the development of breeding industry and processing of agricultural and sideline products. In 1998, it invested 10 million yuan to build a clean rice processing plant with an annual output of 40000 tons, and introduced advanced rice making equipment from Japan. In the same year, it obtained the national green food certification. The processed rice is of good quality, and its products are sold at home and abroad, becoming the leader of the rice industry. The planting base of Chinese herbal medicine has been growing continuously, covering an area of 5 thousand mu, developing more than ten varieties of authentic medicinal materials in the north. According to the gap standard of Chinese herbal medicine, we are actively promoting the construction of gap base, and have built the largest Pingbei planting base in China.
Economics
Tieli farm has a unique investment environment: first, it is close to mountains and rivers and rich in half agriculture, half forestry and animal husbandry resources; second, it has the advantage of "field in the city", which not only relies on the city for economic development, but also serves the city; third, it has developed railway and highway transportation; fourth, it has fast communication, and the telecommunication network connects the international and domestic; fifth, it has sufficient water and electricity; sixth, it has wide land, which is conducive to development and construction; seventh, it is a small city Eight, the local governments of the reclamation area and the farms have given great support to the work of "attracting investment" of the farms, and successively issued preferential policies to stimulate the development of regional economy. Over the years, in line with the principle of sincere cooperation and mutual benefit, we have carried out extensive cooperation with domestic and foreign merchants in many fields and achieved good results. What's more, Tieli farm has a profound cultural heritage, and has created an enterprise culture integrating military culture, educated youth culture, diversified immigrant culture and black soil culture. With high quality of cadres and workers, the entrepreneurial environment is smooth and relaxed, which is conducive to all aspiring talents to make a fortune and reach the peak.
