Qixinghe township is a township under the jurisdiction of Baoqing County, Heilongjiang Province, located 45 kilometers north of Baoqing county.

Qixinghe township has 1430 households with a population of 4320 and a total cultivated area of 27112 mu. It is the seat of the government of Qixinghe Township and the administrative village with the largest population and administrative area in Baoqing county. In the middle and lower reaches of the Qixing River, which passes through the village, there is a piece of national Qixing River wetland with the most complete preservation in Sanjiang Plain. Here, the reed farm is green and the water birds are in the sky. Under the blue sky, on the sparkling water, in the green sea with rolling grass waves, red crowned cranes soar, swans spread their wings, wild ducks paddle in the water, and all kinds of birds sing, forming a paradise for birds to reproduce. In the open and quiet land of shuize, the setting sun is shining in the west, and a red sunset is reflected on the surface of the Qixing River. Qixinghe township has 10 administrative villages: Changzhang village, Yangshu village, Xinli village, Dongqiang village, Xinhong village, Xinsheng village, etc. The total cultivated land area of the township is 150000 mu, and the total population is 14000. Historical evolution

In July 1956, Qixinghe township was established. In August 1958, it was renamed Qixinghe people's commune. In May 1984, it was changed to Qixinghe township.

Qixinghe township is rich in natural products and unique in green products. It's an agricultural town with planting and animal husbandry as the main industry. In the adjustment of industrial structure, Qixinghe Township focuses on the construction of four bases, namely sugar beet planting base, high fat soybean production base, goose breeding base and characteristic economic base. Qixinghe has an annual output of 14 million kg of soybean, 2100 cattle, 2780 cashmere goats, 220000 geese and ducks, and 450 mu of loach fish and frogs. It is an ideal place to develop green food.
