Shanghang road street is a township level administrative unit under the jurisdiction of Hedong District, Tianjin, people's Republic of China.

At the same time, the street also actively provides free skills training for self-employed personnel to build a platform for them to start their own businesses. The fourth is to carry out the activities of creating full employment community, establish and improve the dynamic assessment system, and implement the re employment related policies. The community labor and social security assistants provide services on their own initiative, so as to make the number of laid-off and unemployed people in the community clear and their employment requirements clear. It is expected that wanpingli community, yideyuan community, Taichang Xili community and Jinwan community will basically achieve the goal of creating fully employed communities within this year.
