Shanghang road street is a township level administrative unit under the jurisdiction of Hedong District, Tianjin, people's Republic of China.

Shanghang road sub district has established a target responsibility system for reemployment, comprehensively implemented policies related to reemployment, and focused on net increase of reemployment posts, strengthening reemployment services, increasing investment in reemployment funds, and helping the disadvantaged groups find jobs. According to statistics, Shanghang road has collected more than 110 pieces of employment information, more than 820 jobs and more than 250 people have reached employment intention through holding reemployment job fairs. At the same time, the street also actively provides free skills training for self-employed personnel to build a platform for them to start their own businesses. The fourth is to carry out the activities of creating full employment community, establish and improve the dynamic assessment system, and implement the re employment related policies. The community labor and social security assistants provide services on their own initiative, so as to make the number of laid-off and unemployed people in the community clear and their employment requirements clear. It is expected that wanpingli community, yideyuan community, Taichang Xili community and Jinwan community will basically achieve the goal of creating fully employed communities within this year.
