Shuishiying Manchu Town, belonging to ang'angxi District, Qiqihar City, Heilongjiang Province, is located in the northeast of ang'angxi District, adjacent to Tiefeng district and duerbert Mongolian Autonomous County of Daqing City in the East, yushutun town in the south, Linji street in the West and Longsha District in the north, with a total administrative area of 199 square kilometers.
In 1890, the Manchu town of shuishiying belonged to Zhenglan Banner and Xianglan banner; in March 1997, it was changed from shuishiying township to shuishiying Manchu town. By the end of 2018, the registered residence of the Manchu town in the navy was 10502. In 2019, the Manchu town of shuishiying governs six administrative villages, and the people's government is stationed in shuishiying village.
