Chengtun town
Chengtun Town, belonging to yuncheng county, Heze City, Shandong Province, is located in the north of Yuncheng County, bordering Yangzhuang market town in the East, Pandu town in the south, Houyan market town in the West and Yangying town in Liangshan County in the north. The area is 89.56 square kilometers. In 2018, 61140 people registered residence.
In September 1958, chengtun commune was established. In December 1983, it was changed to chengtun town. In June 2020, chengtun town governs 33 administrative villages.
In 2018, there were 27 industrial enterprises in chengtun Town, including 16 industrial enterprises above Designated Size and 56 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
Historical evolution
In the late Qing Dynasty, it belonged to Cheng silitun and Xiao He hall.
After the first year of the Republic of China (1912), it belonged to nine districts of yuncheng county.
In September 1958, chengtun commune was established.
In December 1983, it was changed to chengtun town.
In February 2001, xiaopikou township was abolished and merged into chengtun town.
