Yabuli Town, belonging to Shangzhi City, Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province, is located in the southeast of Shangzhi City, the West foot of zhangguangcailing, and the upper reaches of Mazi river. It is adjacent to Yuchi Korean nationality township in the East, zhuzhushan Township in the south, Weihe town in the West and Lianghe town in the north. In 2018, the area of Yabuli town was 410.04 square kilometers, and the registered residence population was 45498.

The terrain is mainly formed by the meandering Valley, with an altitude of 285-1374.8m. There are 11 peaks, the highest point in daguokui mountain, 1374.8 meters above sea level.

Yabuli town belongs to the Songhua River system, and the rivers are Mazhou River and its tributary Huangni River, with a drainage area of 411 square kilometers, accounting for 4.6% of the total area of the city.
