Shuangsha Town, the capital of Chunlan, is the second largest town in Gulin. It is located in the southeast of Sichuan, on the North Bank of Chishui River, bordering Xuyong in the west, qixingguan District in Bijie, Jinsha County and Dafang County in Guizhou in the south, Renhuai City in Zunyi, Gulin County in the North, Guanwen town in the East, with an average sea level of 940 meters It is superior and economically developed.

Historical evolution
According to the history of Ming Dynasty, in 1389, the founding emperor of Ming Dynasty Zhu Yuanzhang set up Baisha qianhusuo. In the same year, Guizhou commanded Tongzhi maye to build Suo city. The stone city is more than one mile round and belongs to chishuiwei (chishuiwei is subordinate to the commander of Sichuan capital). It has a history of more than 600 years.
In the 11th year of Yongle (1413), Chishui was under the command of Guizhou, and Baisha was under Guizhou.
In the 48th year of Wanli (1620), she Chongming attacked and plundered dongshanbao, Taoyuan, bailaiyuan and other places.
In 1662, the first year of the reign of Emperor Kangxi of the Qing Dynasty, baishaqianhusuo was removed and incorporated into chishuiwei.

Baisha district was established in 1956.

Geography
Shuangsha belongs to the Yangtze River system. The rivers include Baisha River, Fanjia River, Dongshan River and Xinzhuang River, which are tributaries of Chishui River. The highest altitude is 1300 meters and the lowest is 700 meters.
It belongs to karst landform type. The town is composed of Saiwu, Ordovician, Silurian, Permian strata, mostly calcareous strata, karst landform development.
It has obvious characteristics of subtropical monsoon climate. Affected by the topography, it forms a three-dimensional climate with four distinct seasons. The average sea level is 940 meters. The climate is mild, with sufficient sunshine and moderate rainfall. The annual average temperature is 17.5 ℃, the maximum extreme temperature is 42.3 ℃, and the minimum temperature is 5.7 ℃. The spring is fragrant with cauliflower, the summer is cool, the autumn is full of rice waves, and the winter is covered with silver makeup The three flat dams cover a total area of more than 3000 mu.

History and culture

Provincial highway "Gujin road" passes through shuangshabazi, Baisha village, Xiaobao village, Qingfeng Village and Wanshou village to Gulin county. County Highway gushuang road passes through Longsheng village, Dongshan village and Baisha village to shuangshachang town. In 2003, the government invested 4 million yuan to harden 9.7 km of "three-level road network" from Shuangsha to Wanshou. The territory is rich in coal, iron, phosphate, kaolin, marble, gypsum, calcite, limestone, wind energy and other resources. Pingzi ', puwu and Qingfeng coal mines have a total annual production of about 300000 tons. The reserves of yibaisan coal mine in Guanwen mining area of Guxu coalfield can reach 1 billion tons, and the reserves of Hetun phosphorite can reach 200 million tons. There are township enterprises in the territory, including cunyaoyan, dongliangzi and YINGSHANHONG power stations, with a total installed capacity of 1500 kW, and Fengyan power station with private investment has an installed capacity of 800 kW. The four power stations have the same network with southern Sichuan. There are three provincial type-2 reservoirs (upstream, Hongyong and lixugou), 8 shanpingtang and 76 Datang, which provide reliable guarantee for Shuangsha agricultural production.
Development and planning
With the development of urban and rural economy, the construction of towns is changing with each passing day. Since Shuangsha town became a provincial small town in 1996, the government has invested 35 million yuan to build a 16 meter wide and 2.5-kilometer-long business street, Traffic Street, administrative street and Changzheng street, and the Shuangsha bus station with an investment of more than 3 million yuan has been put into operation. The permanent resident population has grown from 2000 to 7500, forming a new town with urban and rural penetration and beautiful environment. In 2003, it was named as the only provincial health market town in Luzhou City, and later became the national pilot town of small town construction.
