Youxie Street

Youxie street is located in the north of Pingfang District, central and south of the city. It is the seat of the Pingfang district Party committee, the District People's Congress, the district government and the district CPPCC. It governs four communities. The main streets are north-south Youxie street, Gongshe street, Xinjiang street, etc.

The area under its jurisdiction is a part of the East Village, the former Japanese garrison, which was founded in 1939. In November 1954, Youxie street was set up, named after the idea of Soviet experts assisting in the construction of the factory.
