History of construction
The original name of the Mongolian village in Deshun was "Deshun Shanzhao".
In 1889, more than ten Mongolian herdsmen were sent to huadaobao (ulantuga) to open up wasteland; in 1904, they belonged to Taonan Prefecture.
In 1911, it belonged to the second township of Jing'an county (now Taobei District).
In 1914, it was the third district of Taoan county.
In 1936, it belonged to the fourth district.
In 1939, it belonged to shijiazi village of Baicheng county.
In 1948, it was the seventh district of Baicheng county.
In 1955, it was renamed Deshun district.
In 1956, it was changed into four townships of deshunzhao, Taohe, Shuangta and quandaobao.
In 1958, it was merged into two townships of Deshun and Taohe; in October, it was transferred to Taoan county (now Taonan city).
In 1959, two townships of Deshun and Taohe were merged into Deshun commune.
In 1983, the commune was transformed into a township.
In 1993, it was assigned to Taobei District of Baicheng city.
