Xudabao Town, subordinate to Xingcheng City, Huludao City, Liaoning Province, is located in the southeast of Xingcheng City, adjacent to Liaodong Bay in Bohai Sea in the East and Southeast, adjacent to liutaizi Manchu Township in the south, Dongxinzhuang town in the southwest, Haiman Township in the northwest by railway, and shahousuo Manchu town across Yantai River in the north, with an administrative area of 81.63 square kilometers.

In 1948, Xingcheng county was liberated and divided into the Fifth District (in Dongxinzhuang) and the Sixth District (in shahousuo); in 1987, Haibin Manchu Township was established. In 2013, Haibin Manchu Township was abolished and xudabao town was established. By the end of 2018, the population of the registered residence in Xu Dabao town was 15993. As of June 2020, xudabao town has jurisdiction over 1 community and 10 administrative villages, and the people's Government of xudabao town is located in Haibin village.

History of construction

In 1948, Xingcheng county was liberated and divided into the Fifth District (in Dongxinzhuang) and the Sixth District (in shahousuo).

In 1956, Jianfang settled down.

In 1958, it was incorporated into liutaizi Township and Dongxinzhuang commune in the same year.

In 1961, it belonged to three communes: Dongxinzhuang, liutaizi and Wanghai.

In 1971, the May 7th farm was built.

In 1972, the May 7th commune was changed.

In 1978, it was renamed Haibin commune.

In 1981, the Management Committee of Haibin commune was established; in the same year, Haibin township was established.

In 1987, Haibin Manchu Township was established.
