Xiangyang Community is a community under the jurisdiction of Changle Middle Road, Xincheng District, Xi'an City, Shaanxi Province. It is located in the junction of urban and rural areas of new urban area and Baqiao District, with a total area of 0.21 square kilometers. Xiangyang Community was formed in July 2000 on the basis of the former Huaqing family Committee and the first municipal games family Committee. There are 497 permanent residents in the community, including 1416 permanent residents and 86 temporary residents.
