Jiucaitai Town, belonging to Taian County, Anshan City, Liaoning Province, is located at the southernmost end of Taian County. It faces Haicheng City across Hun River in the southeast and Panshan County of Panjin City across wailiao River in the west, with an administrative area of 58 square kilometers.
In December 1948, it belonged to Wenxiang District of Haicheng County; in December 1995, jiucaitai township was abolished and jiucaitai town was established. By the end of 2018, 15568 people registered residence in the city. As of June 2020, jiucaitai town has 8 administrative villages.

History of construction
In December 1948, it belonged to Wenxiang District of Haicheng county.
In January 1949, it was assigned to Taian County, the seventh district of Taian.
In December 1952, suixian county was assigned to Liaoyang City.
In August 1954, suixian County belonged to Liaoning Province.
In January 1959, suixian County belonged to Shenyang City.
In February 1965, suixian County returned to Tieling special office.
In July 1968, suixian county was assigned to Panjin area.
In January 1976, Sui County was assigned to Anshan City.
In December 1995, jiucaitai township was abolished and jiucaitai town was established.

History and culture
