The four Yonghe Town, belonging to the Weichang Manchu and Mongolian Autonomous County of Chengde, Hebei, is located in the southeast of the autonomous area of the Manchurian and Mongolian Autonomous County, adjacent to the waist Station Township, the blue flag Karen Township, the South and the four ditch Township, the West connecting with the Loess Village, the North bordering the Weichang Town, and the area of 152.69 square kilometers. As of June 2020, siheyong town has one community and 13 administrative villages.

In January 1947, it was assigned to Weibei County; in July of the same year, it was assigned back to Weichang County, belonging to siheyong district.
In March 1950, it belongs to the first district.
In September 1958, it belonged to Dongfeng commune.
In August 1961, the siheyong commune was established in the eight brigades of Guandi, Leizi, Guangzi, Huzi, Zhangzi, yingzi, Hezi and mahugou.
In December 1983, the commune was abolished and siheyong township was rebuilt.
In May 1984, the township was withdrawn and siheyong town was built.
In 1996, Sikeshu township was incorporated.
