Tuquan Town, belonging to Tuquan County, Xing'an League, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, is located in the South and west of Tuquan county. It is adjacent to Taiping Township and Shuiquan town in the East, Horqin Right Wing Middle Banner in the south, Liuhu town in the West and dongduerji town in the north. The area of Quan Quan town is 536.42 square kilometers, and by the end of 2018, the registered residence population is 47034.
In 1907, a town was set up, which was called Liquan town; in 1914, it was renamed Tuquan town; in 1946, Chengguan District was built; in 1958, it was changed into commune; in 1985, it was changed into Tuquan town. In June 2020, Tuquan town has 13 neighborhood committees and 41 village committees.

There are two rivers in Tuquan Town, i.e. Daye mute River and Xiaoe mute River, with a drainage area of 758 square kilometers, a total length of 62 kilometers, and an annual runoff of 120 million cubic meters.

The most serious flood disaster occurred in July 1998 with heavy rainfall, and it continued to fall to the end of September. Roads were damaged, and 247200 mu of good farmland was washed away.
