Longfeng Township

Longfeng Township, Nanyue District, Hengyang City, Hunan Province. In 1984, three villages were set up in Wangfeng township of Hengshan County. It is located in the north of the District, with an area of 15.4 square kilometers and a population of 2000. The township government is located in Longfeng. It has jurisdiction over three village committees, namely, Hongqi, Longfeng and Shuikou.

Bamboo handicrafts, granite products, tourism handicrafts, high-quality Yunwu Tea series products are sold all over the country. Yunwu Tea of Guangji temple is a royal tribute and famous at home and abroad. The core scenic spot of Nanyue Hengshan, known as "the unique beauty of the five mountains", is located in the territory. There are Zhu Rongfeng, the first of the 72 peaks in Hengshan Mountain, Guangji Temple surrounded by primitive secondary forest, Yuwang city site with a long history, Yuwang stele of tadpole culture, and the spectacular dragon and Phoenix waterfall.
