Shibaqing Town, a town under the jurisdiction of Shangdu County, Wulanchabu City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, is located in the east of Shangdu county. It is adjacent to daheishatu town in the East, Xiaohaizi town in the south, Qitai town in the West and glasshujing Township in the north, with an administrative area of 436.56 square kilometers.
In 1949, it belonged to the eighth District of Shangdu County; in 1961, shibaqing commune was set up in sitaifangzi and Fanjia village; in March 1998, shibaqing township was transformed into a town. By the end of 2018, eighteen households in the town had 26561 registered residence. As of June 2020, shibaqing town has jurisdiction over 2 communities and 25 administrative villages.
