Li Qi Zhuang Town, belonging to Sanhe, Langfang, Hebei, is located in the central part of Sanhe, east of Yang Yang Town, south of Yang Zhuang Town, West and Dachang Hui Autonomous County, and north to Qixin Zhuang Town, with an area of 48 square kilometers. Up to 2018, the registered residence population was 25723.
On the eve of the founding of the people's Republic of China, Sanhe county is divided into districts 1, 4 and 5. After the founding of the people's Republic of China, it belongs to the first, second and third districts of Sanhe county. In 1958, it belonged to Chengguan red flag commune. In 1983, it was changed into liqizhuang Township and zhaigezhuang township. In 1992, liqizhuang township was transformed into a town. In 1996, zhaigezhuang township was incorporated. As of June 2020, liqizhuang town has 32 square kilometers under its jurisdiction.
In 2018, there were 126 industrial enterprises in liqizhuang Town, including 12 above scale enterprises and 52 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.

Liqizhuang town belongs to hongnianggang water system. The main rivers are Hongniang port and the second branch of Hongniang port. Hongniang port originates in the north of Datang Village, Shunyi District, Beijing, and flows into the river through the territory, with a total length of 22 kilometers. The second branch of hongnianggang originates from nanniezhuang, qixinzhuang Town, and flows through the territory from the northeast, with a total length of 7.9 km.
