infrastructure
The spacious roads extend into the distance, the green belts are full of green, the standard factories are arranged in order, and the back streets and alleys are clean and tidy A "beautiful new district" is displayed in front of the public.
Infrastructure upgrading. In 2012, the Development Zone invested 1.3 billion yuan in high standard and large-scale construction of municipal infrastructure to enhance the hard environment for recruiting large businesses. There are 20 infrastructure projects in total, including 6 renewal projects and 14 new projects. The infrastructure construction of the development zone will be integrated into the overall consideration and planning of the large-scale system of the main urban area to ensure that it will not lag behind for 50 years and become the benchmark of the whole city. Rainwater and sewage pipe network, water pipe network, street lamp, communication cable and other supporting facilities shall be planned in a unified way and constructed simultaneously at one time. Road breaking construction is not allowed for at least five years. Gongqinggang desilting project and Dushan pumping station with an investment of more than 20 million yuan will also be started. The "five vertical and two horizontal" seven roads in Wuhan Port Industrial Park have been basically completed.
Carry out lighting, beautification and purification project. The greening and street lighting projects of wuchu Avenue, Xuguang Avenue, Sihai Avenue and other main roads have been completed. The green belt is evergreen all year round, and the main road is well lit at night. The greening and lighting project of wuchu Avenue has become a highlight project of the city and a beautiful landscape of the West New District. Continue to implement the project of "wearing clothes and hats", invest 140000 yuan to complete the project of "wearing clothes and hats" for 13 households and 6 units in Dushan village, Xuguang Avenue, with a total of 3400 square meters of wall and 450 square meters of tile. Invest 200000 yuan to beautify the 20762 square meters houses of 25 households on both sides of wuchu Avenue in fandun village. We will carry out the "clean countryside" campaign in a down-to-earth manner. The Development Zone launched publicity at all levels, made clear the objectives and tasks, strictly assessed the rewards and punishments, improved the hardware facilities, set off the upsurge of "clean the countryside" activities for many times, and explored the establishment of a long-term mechanism of garbage cleaning and transportation, sanitation and long-term cleaning. We resolutely banned 64 small mineral processing plants (including crushing plants) in the region, effectively curbing environmental pollution. A number of measures have been taken simultaneously in the Development Zone, the urban and rural environment has been greatly improved, and the appearance of urban and rural areas has changed rapidly.
City management is scientific and efficient. We should conscientiously implement the system of "four guarantees in front of the door and reaching the standard in the courtyard". At the beginning of 2012, the development zone and the community, the community and the units under its jurisdiction signed the letter of responsibility for "four guarantees in front of the door, courtyard up to standard". The city office regularly evaluates and analyzes the implementation situation of each community every month, and cooperates with relevant departments to require the responsible units to rectify the existing problems within a time limit. We should strengthen the rectification of out of store operations, and deal with them once they are found. In order to thoroughly solve the situation of the Fankou market and xuejiagou market, the City Office actively coordinated with the relevant departments (units), and the two markets were demolished and rebuilt. Xuejiagou market has resumed business and the main project of Fankou market has been completed. The stain of the past will become the bright spot of the development zone.
