Xinhui town belongs to Aohan banner, Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia. Xinhui town is located in the southwest of Aohan banner, adjacent to niugutu Township, Fengshou Township, beizifu Township and Jinchanggouliang Township in the East, sijiazi town in the south, Jianping County and sidaowanzi town in Liaoning Province in the west, Saliba Township and manihan Township in the north. In the first year of Chongde (1636) of Qing Dynasty, the Han King banner of zasakdoro in Aohan was built, which belongs to the local area. Qianlong 24 years (1759), for the town government residence. Historical evolution

Xinhui Town River belongs to the Xiliao River system. The main river is mengke River, which originates from laimaogou mountain in fengshengdian village. Beizhalanyingzi River, a tributary of mengke River, has a total length of 25 kilometers, a drainage area of 125 square kilometers and an annual runoff of 54.4 million cubic meters.
