Biliutai Town, belonging to Balinzuoqi, Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, is located in the north of Balinzuoqi. In 2001, biliutai Township and Sifang urban and rural areas merged into biliutai town. In 2005, yangjiayingzi town was incorporated. As of June 2020, biliutai town has jurisdiction over 21 administrative villages. The people's government is stationed in wuxiangyingzi village.
