Biliutai Town, belonging to Balinzuoqi, Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, is located in the north of Balinzuoqi. It is adjacent to shisan Aobao town in the southeast, halahada town in the southwest, Baiyinnuoer town in the northwest, Fuhe town in the north, and ulanda Basumu town in the northeast. In 2001, biliutai Township and Sifang urban and rural areas merged into biliutai town. In 2005, yangjiayingzi town was incorporated. As of June 2020, biliutai town has jurisdiction over 21 administrative villages. The people's government is stationed in wuxiangyingzi village.
In 2018, biliutai town had 14 industrial enterprises and 161 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
